He is a post-graduate LLM (Corporate Laws) from National Law University, Jodhpur, Rajasthan from the batch 2017-2018. He has pursued B.A.LLB from School of Law, KIIT University, Bhubaneshwar, Odisha with honors in Constitutional law. He is an active participant to various moot court including BCIT and presented paper in various University. He also attended workshop in Legislative Drafting under Dr. Tonye Clinton Jaja and Dr. N.K. Chakrabarti. He also worked with Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Ltd as Senior Executive legal. He also published papers relating to Legislative Conflicts in India, Anti-Avoidance Tax reforms and Foreign Direct Investment in Telecommunication Sector. His area of interest is Constitutional law, Company law, Law of Taxation. Besides teaching & research, Rajneesh has successfully discharged various administrative responsibilities – Faculty Coordinator of Moot Court Society (3 years), Faculty Coordinator of Legal Aid Society, Faculty In-charge of term end Examination School of Law.
