Appointed as Assistant Professor in the School of Law, SVKM’s NMIMS in 2024. Mr. Arjit Pandey is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Environmental Law from the Institute of Law Nirma University, Ahmedabad. He has accomplished his LLM degree in Constitutional & Administrative Laws from the Institute of Law at Nirma University, Ahmedabad (Awarded as Gold Medalist). He completed his B.L.S.,LL.B from Government Law College, Mumbai. (Asia's oldest Law College). Mr. Arjit has previously worked at Dayananda Sagar University School of Law, REVA University School of Legal Studies, CMR University School of Legal Studies, Bengaluru and Department of Law Prestige Institute of Management and Research, Indore.
He has several chapters in books and journal publications to his credit. He also participates in International and National Conferences on a regular basis. In his career span, he has organized many national level competitions, workshops, conferences and seminars for growth of students.
Mr. Pandey has also interned at various top-tier law firms in India, such as DSK Legal, Economic Laws Practice, J. Sagar Associates, Kochhar & Co., etc. He had been associated with various socio-legal NGOs for the upliftment of society.
His Area of Interest includes Constitutional and Administrative Law, Environmental Law and Criminal Law.
