Dr. Gaurvendra Singh is an Assistant Professor in Operations Management and Decision Area in the School of Business Management. He completed a Post-Doctoral Fellowship (PDF) in Operations Management from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, India. He holds Ph.D. degree in Management from Atal Bihari Vajpayee Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management (ABV-IIITM), Gwalior, India, and M. Tech degree from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, India. His research focuses on supply chain management, resilience, sustainability, Industry 4.0, digital twins, decision-making, uncertainty modeling, and grey theory. His work has been featured in several esteemed peer-reviewed international journals including Technological Forecasting and Social Change, Computers and Industrial Engineering, Journal of Environmental Management, Business Strategy and the Environment, Global Journal of Flexible Systems Management, Business Process Management Journal, Operations Management Journal, Environment Development and Sustainability Journal, International Journal of Human Computer Interaction, and Benchmarking: An International Journal. He has 209 citations till date and has a h-index and i10-index of 8 and 8 respectively. He has also presented his work in various international and national conferences including 7th IEEE International Conference on Business and Information Management (ICBIM), Bangkok, Thailand, 12th International Symposium on Intelligent Manufacturing and Service Systems, Sakarya University, Turkey, and VSSCM-3, Vietnam. He also serves as a reviewer for various reputed international journals, including Production Planning and Control, International Journal of Logistics Management, Computers and Industrial Engineering, International Journal of Production Economics and Marketing Intelligence & Planning.
In addition to his research, he is passionate about teaching and has a keen interest in courses related to Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, and Supply Chain Sustainability.
